We have a 24/7 facility that is open to the public which hosts some of the most exclusive equipment on the market. As well as reformer Pilates, performance testing with VALD & coming soon is a hot stone sauna, 12 person spa & cold plunge.

Seb (Director & Exercise Physiologist)
My name is Sebastian and I started BETTER after Completing a Masters in Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) and a Bachelors of Applied Science (Sport & Exercise Science).
I have passion for recovery, rehabilitation and performance. I have over 10 years experience working with private practise working with a variety of difference people and conditions. My missions is set a new standard for recovery, fitness and care.
My passions outside of work include a love for food, travel and exploring. My sporting hobbies include weight training and football (soccer)

Thomas (Exercise Physiologist)
My name is Thomas and I graduated as an Exercise Physiologist from the University of Sydney. I decided to pursue being an Exercise Physiologist as I am a fond believer of exercise as medicine and its importance in life, whether it be improving health, recovering from an injury, or getting stronger.
I believe in listening and working together with clients to achieve the best treatment outcomes. I also believe in educating and empowering patients so that my clients can make their own health decisions and manage their health in the long term.
I have a particular interest in sports/musculoskeletal rehab as well as strength and conditioning and improving performance, being a competitive volleyball player and olympic weightlifter in my free time.

Lana (Exercise Physiologist)
My name is Lana and I graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales. I’m a dedicated Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about working around injuries and helping people return to their best selves. As someone who loves to stay active, I truly believe that movement is the best medicine and my goal is to empower people to live healthier and happier lives. My interests lie in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. I have worked extensively with people within the NSW Worker’s Compensation System, CTP, Medicare and NDIS.
Outside of work, I like to stay active by playing in a variety of sports such as basketball and bouldering. However, I’ve spent most of my years in combat sports such as Muay Thai and currently Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’m also a big foodie and am always looking out for the next best restaurant!

Jonathan (Principal Physiotherapist)
My name is Jonathan, and I graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Physiotherapy degree. My passion for physiotherapy stems from its ability to positively impact people’s lives and bring smiles to my clients’ faces.
As a physiotherapist, I’ve had the privilege of treating a diverse range of clients, addressing issues such as sporting injuries, chronic pain, NDIS-related conditions, worker’s compensation cases, and post-surgical rehabilitation. I’ve also gained experience in Functional Pilates and provided elite sports coverage for the Wentworthville Magpies
Outside of work, I’m an avid sports enthusiast, with a keen interest in Rugby League, Cricket, and the NFL. When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring new places with my family, playing the guitar and drums, fishing, and hitting the gym while listening to RnB, rap, and metal music.

Eric (Physiotherapist)
My name is Eric and I graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. What I love most about being a physiotherapist is working closely with people to help them bounce back from injuries and reach their personal goals. I'm all about taking proactive steps to ensure a smooth road to recovery.
I have a wide variety of experience ranging from treating musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injuries to managing Workcover claims as well as post-surgical and orthopaedic rehabilitation. I have a keen interest in return to sport rehabilitation and always aim to make the process a rewarding experience.
Outside of work, you will find me enjoying quality time with my loved ones, exploring new food spots and catching up on a TV series or anime. When I'm not relaxing, I'm staying active with Muay Thai, calisthenics, and hitting the gym to keep fit.

Fiona (Exercise Physiologist)
My Name is Fiona and I graduated as an Exercise Physiologist from the University of New South Wales in 2013. I have worked in the industry for over seven years in a variety of environments. Including aged care, clinical practice, workplace rehabilitation and management, home care and gyms.
I have a passion working as a clinical Exercise Physiologist and strive to provide the best up-to-date evidence-based exercise programs to assist patients to achieve their goals and live their best lives. I specialise in musculoskeletal/neurorehabilitation and chronic disease management. As well as profound knowledge and passion working within the aged care sector.
When I’m not at work I identify myself as an occasional meathead in the gym, a foodie, a moderate couch potato with a love for travel and dogs.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the gym, watching rugby league, gaming or eating some good food.
